Work with a long-established physician, nurse practitioner and office support staff providing a mix of inpatient and outpatient care. The outpatient office is conveniently connected to the hospital and has 2 hyperbaric chambers and 9 exam rooms. An average schedule of 12-16 outpatients in a full office day. Work in a collegial environment offering general ID, HIV, hepatitis, wound care, travel medicine, home IV therapy, and diabetic foot care. Provide inpatient care for a 202-bed regional referral hospital - average daily inpatient census is 15-20. A wound-certified Nurse Practitioner delivers significant coverage in the outpatient setting and is integral to inpatient rounding. The practice offers a travel clinic to provide counseling and recommendations for individuals traveling outside the country. Qualified candidates must be board certified/eligible.
