PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly be required to walk, including walking upstairs to third floor, stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, radio and ipad. May be regularly required to lift/push/pull 5-10 pounds and will occasionally be required to lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds. Waverly Surf is located in SE Portland in the Sellwood neighborhood, and Meadow Park Apartments is located in Beaverton. The Maintenance Technician II will be required to perform essential maintenance duties including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, light landscaping, pool maintenance, and janitorial tasks under the guidance of experienced maintenance technicians.
