This is not a traditional desk recruiting position or a standard 9-to-5 job. We need someone who enjoys meeting people, attending events, building genuine relationships, creating opportunities, and confidently sharing what makes Elam Real Estate different. The right person will be part salesperson, part networker, and part company ambassador. Schedule & Availability This is a full-time, in-person, community-facing position with a flexible schedule.
