An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. Active CPA License. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting. Bilingual in English and French. Experience with financial reporting standards and regulations. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Ability to strategize and solve problems. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, stakeholders, and team members.
