Vous travaillerez sur divers équipements : remorques sèches, remorques réfrigérées, chauffeurs, plateaux, châssis, remorques spécialisées, remorques pour bétail, citernes et véhicules de service appartenant à l'entreprise. Responsabilités : • Se déplacer chez les clients pour effectuer l'entretien préventif et programmé des équipements • Diagnostiquer et réparer les équipements selon les spécifications de l'entreprise et des fabricants • Réparer les unités appartenant aux clients et à la flotte selon les directives • Rédiger des explications sur le travail effectué et vérifier les bons de travail • S'assurer que les bons de travail et la documentation sont correctement remplis • Imputer toutes les pièces utilisées pour la tâche spécifique • Entretenir les outils de travail • Compléter et soumettre les bons de travail au gestionnaire mobile • Assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité et aux réglementations de l'industrie • Tenir des registres précis de tous les travaux effectués (pièces utilisées, heures de travail) Qualifications : • Expérience confirmée à titre de technicien(ne) de service de remorques ou dans un rôle similaire • Connaissance des systèmes de remorques, incluant les systèmes électriques, de suspension, de freinage et les composantes structurelles • Expérience en fabrication, en soudure et/ou en réparation de hayons élévateurs (considérée comme un atout) • Capacité à travailler en équipe, avec de bonnes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale • Excellente communication écrite et orale en français • Capacité à soulever en toute sécurité jusqu'à 85 livres • Capacité à travailler dans toutes les conditions météorologiques Ne manquez pas cette opportunité incroyable de rejoindre l'équipe TEN en pleine croissance. Being a service technician at TEN you would work on various of equipment; from Dry Vans, Reefers, Heaters, Flat Beds, Chassis, specialized equipment haulers, livestock haulers, tankers and company owned service vehicle. Responsibilities: • Travel to customer locations to perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to company and manufacturers' specs • Repair customer and fleet owned units as directed / requested • Write explanations of work performed, review work orders • Ensure work orders / paperwork is filled out properly • Charge out all parts used for the specific task • Maintain work tools • Complete and submit completed work orders to the mobile manager • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all repair and maintenance procedures. • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Trailer Service Technician or similar role. • Knowledge of trailer systems, including electrical, suspension, braking, and structural components. • Experience in fabrication, welding and/or tailgate repairs (considered an asset). • Be a collaborative team player with good written and oral communication. • Good written and oral communication in French • Safely able to lift up to 85 pounds. • Able to work in all weather conditions Don't miss out on an incredible opportunity to be a part of the growing TEN Team.
