Experience managing donor relationships or a portfolio preferred. Skills Requirements: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse donors and community partners. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet fundraising goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with donor databases, Microsoft Office, and research tools.
