Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), rotate between day and night shifts every 4 months, and work overtime as needed. Willingness to alternate assignments between the Remote Operations Center (ROC) and in-FAB, with approximately 80% of time spent in ROC and 20% in-FAB. Preferred Requirements: AAS or AS degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent trade school/military experience. 2+ years of experience identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements. Demonstrated ability in maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or technical military experience. Demonstrated ability overseeing projects involving equipment upkeep and improvement, emphasizing meeting project scope, timeline, and financial constraints.
