Job Summary: The 2 nd Shift Production Supervisor leads a multi-department team of CNC Operators and Set-Up Operators, in a high mix / low volume aerospace component manufacturing environment. This role is expected to balance expertise in set-up and operation of CNC machining for precision tolerance components, along with strong interpersonal skills to motivate the team to work toward common goals and objectives.
