Manage the junior team on multiple tasks across a consulting engagement including modeling and client presentations Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform and oversee tasks including: 13-week cash flow models, 3-statement models, and pro-forma scenario models Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment; collaborate with T&R and BRG experts, professionals from other firms, and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives Assist in preparation of reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables Participate in the development of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice including assisting in marketing, client pitches, and product and practice development Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity Open and ready to expand your network with clients to become a trusted and reputable advisor Qualifications: Bachelors degree or degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; 7+ years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment; Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (particularly in Excel), including constructing and understanding 3-statement financial models, cash flows, and scenario analyses; Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data; Ability to interpret the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop insights and recommendations; Demonstrated ability to interact with junior and senior team members, senior management, and other stakeholders or professionals; Strong problem solving and project management skills; CFA, CPA (or equivalent), or technical/GAAP accounting expertise is a plus; Advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Familiarity with financial research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.); and Willingness to travel as needed.
