Mammography Technologist Now offering Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime maximum. Overview: Provides outpatient screening and diagnostic mammography for interpretation by radiologists. If primary job assignment includes special procedures: assisting the radiologist in the performance of needle localizations and biopsies and provides the patient care essential to radiological procedures. Applies principles of radiation protection. Assists in general radiographic and office duties as needed. Qualifications: Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiology program. Prefer Mammography education and 40 hours mammography training, but will train the right candidate. Experience: Two years of experience in Radiology and/or Mammography preferred. Licenses/Certifications: ARRT registry completed within 6 months of hire, and Mammography registry will taken at one year after training completion if not already Mammography certified. Arkansas State Radiologic Technologist License. Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
