Location: Atlanta, GA (Hartsfield Jackson International Airport) Shift: 3rd Shift; (Tuesday-Saturday) Operating Engineers will be responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and cleaning associated with the operation of a large industrial utilities' facility providing Steam, Heated Hot Water, Instrument and Zero Air, Compressed Air, Chilled Water, and other services to an industrial facility. Stationary Engineers should expect to spend their time engaged in monitoring system operations, equipment repair, preventive maintenance tasks and responding to equipment needs as required. Areas of responsibilities include: Plant Equipment Chilled water systems Water tube boilers Fire tube boilers Cooling towers Compressed Air Systems Compressed Air Dryers Cooling tower and boiler water chemical treatment Mechanical Systems Diagnosis & Repair Steam traps DDC Control Valves Air actuators Piping systems PLC panels Vibration analysis and other predictive maintenance tasks Logging and Data retention Logbook data entries- analysis of readings Plant meter readings- analysis of readings Trending equipment readings Building Systems Building Automation Systems Building Monitoring systems Building Utility & Piping Systems Measurables & Objectives: Meet or exceed client expectation Meet or exceed KPI's Safety Training Related Objectives Utilize Pre-Task Planning Methods Performance Measurables PM Completion Environmental Task Completion & Reporting Corrective Maintenance Repair Completion Perform General Housekeeping in Common Work Areas Qualifications The equivalent of a high school education plus four years of experience in one of the following: In high-pressure boiler and pressure vessel construction or repair, As an operating engineer in charge of high-pressure boiler operations Must hold current CFC Universal card Boiler Operators or Stationary Engineers II License(s). GA Certificate of Competency Ten plus years of facility maintenance experience preferred. Ability to safely operate portable hand and power tools. Must have strong written and verbal communication, detail oriented and must have extensive knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
