Job Title: Operator - Air-Conditioned Manufacturing Plant Job Overview: We are looking for motivated Operators to join our fast-growing, technology-driven team for Day Shift (6am-6pm) and Night Shift (6pm-6am) . As an Operator, you'll have the opportunity to apply your manufacturing skills, develop new ones, and work within a clean and safe environment. We are seeking individuals with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Plant Location: 112 SELIT Drive, Commerce, GA 30529 Key Responsibilities: Operate, inspect, and package production materials Set up machinery and ensure all materials are prepared and ready for production Monitor production equipment and resolve operational issues as needed Notify the Lead Operator of any challenges or issues during production Operate forklifts for material movement, loading, and unloading Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow safety regulations and ensure 5S standards are met during your shift Schedule Requirements: Work two weekends per month 12-hour shifts Qualifications: Required: 2+ years of manufacturing experience Ability to meet physical demands such as walking, standing, stooping, and climbing Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts Strong commitment to quality, safety, and communication Preferred: High school diploma or GED Previous industrial experience or experience in a related field What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay, plus shift differentials Weekly pay schedule Discretionary annual bonus Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company matching Life insurance and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid time off and referral program Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour Expected Hours: We work a 2-2-3 schedule , which means one week you are scheduled to work 48 hours , and the following week you are scheduled to work 36 hours .
