QUALIFICATIONS Some actuarial or workers' compensation related experience preferred. Associate or Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society preferred, but not less than 4 Casualty Actuarial Society examinations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database programs. Programming experience. Familiarity with SAS preferred. Data and statistical analysis skills are a must, as well as attention to detail. Familiarity with statistical models. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience writing research papers preferred. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS College graduate with major in mathematics, statistics or related field of study.
