Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support maintenance and repair activities while minimizing waste and excess inventory. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Coach and monitor members of the work team. Other duties as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a diesel technician, with demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
