Essential Functions: Prepares composite aircraft parts with high quality and strong attention to detail. A successful Entry Exterior Finisher will learn the skills of finishing the exterior surfaces per our production process. Exterior Finishers will be trained in various finishing techniques. Sanding preparation and finishing of various aircraft surfaces such as; composite preparation, surface filler preparation and shaping, light primer application, buffing and detail, adding vinyl striping, laying and smoothing sealants, etc. Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., wear a respirator and protective equipment as required, work in a fast paced team environment, Familiarization with body/paint/finishing hand tools and a mechanical experienced background is a plus Basic ability to use a computer to access/use company electronic data & software. Manual Dexterity: You will need to use your hands with precision on small items and in small spaces.
