Responsibilities: As a Consulting HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a variety of critical functions including but not limited to: 1. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. 2. Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). 3. Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. 4. Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation. 5. Managing the recruitment process for all new hires, conducting interviews, background checks, and drug testing. 11. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources. 2. A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. 3. Deep knowledge of HR policies and procedures. 4. Strong understanding of employment law. 5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 6.
