Agriculture or feed production experience. Forklift certification. Experience operating equipment such as: Loaders Conveyors Tractors Track mobile equipment Ability to work extended hours during peak production seasons. Physical Requirements Ability to work independently for extended periods. Comfortable working in confined spaces and potentially hazardous environments. Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and climb ladders throughout the shift. Ability to work at heights up to 120 feet. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to shovel, sweep, load, unload, and move materials as needed. Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, hard hats, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Ability to work in noisy, dusty, and varying weather conditions. Ability to use both automated and manual tools and equipment.
