Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Flowers Hospital is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates looking for a supportive environment with competitive compensation and flexible scheduling. Position Highlights: Location: Flowers Hospital - Dothan, Alabama Schedule: Flexible scheduling (40 hours/week) or PRN Compensation: Starting at $215,000+ annually (based on experience) 1099 Option: $150/hour with malpractice coverage Relocation Assistance Available Loan Reimbursement: Student loan assistance for 3 years Student Stipend Program: Available during the last 18 months of program. 8 weeks vacation time Annual CME: $2k for W-2 CV Pay Procedures Covered As a CRNA at Flowers Hospital, you will provide anesthesia services for a wide range of cases, including: General Surgery Orthopedic Surgery Urology Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program - Doctoral level Active RN and CRNA licensure in the state of Alabama (or eligibility to obtain) NBCRNA Certification required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification New graduates are welcome to apply Why Flowers Hospital?
