Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred). Equivalent experience considered. Five to seven years of progressive human resource experience in a multi-unit company, with a minimum of five years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards. Proficient with HRIS, compensation tools, and data analytics platforms.
