The Production Worker/Machine Operator is responsible for performing a variety of entry-level tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Production Worker Feeding Sanders; takes panels from a pallet and places them under the sander. Assembling various components based on customer specifications; meets quality and quantity standards. Catching panels coming off Tenoners. Working in HDF cell. Down piling rails off Cope. Machine Operator Sets-up, operates and verifies work on assigned machine in a manner which consistently meets customer specification, quality requirements and production standards. Monitors product constantly to ensure that quality standards are being met and rejects product that does not meet quality standards. Assists in training new operators as required. Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes all documentation related to this position; i.e., lean record keeping, production reports, accurate time keeping, etc. REM-03 WS-03 Schedule Shift start: 4:30PM Shift length: 8 - 12 hours We are hiring for two different shifts: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3am or weekend shift Friday - Sunday 6am - 6:30pm Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance - available after 60 days Paid time off 401(k) plan Qualifications Must pass drug screen Must pass background check Can lift 50 lbs Must be at least 18+ years old $2000 new hire incentive All hourly full time - $500 after 90 days and $500 after 180 and remaining paid out at 1 year About Woodcraft Industries Inc.
