Career Overview Full-Time Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA), Urgent Care Bon Secours Mercy Health has expanded its footprint and is seeking dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Clinicians (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join our Urgent Care team in Charlottesville, Virginia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are proud to offer up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $5,000 in relocation assistance. As part of our urgent care team, you will manage a wide range of non-emergent illnesses and injuries while working alongside a supportive staff that includes medical assistants and front-office team members. Our urgent care clinics are open 7 days per week, 8 a.m. 8 p.m., providing consistent scheduling and the opportunity to build strong connections with both patients and colleagues. Active DEA license A minimum two years of active NP/PA experience Urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care/family medicine experience strongly preferred Work Hours: Three 8a-8p shifts per week with rotating weekends. Clinic is closed on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
