Join the Vantage Radiology & Diagnostic Services practice as a Physician Assistant. Under the general supervision of the Executive Director and Director of Interventional Radiology, the Physician Assistant provides clinical expertise to clients of the Practice and serves as a resource for other healthcare providers as needed. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with every other Thursday off. Responsibilities A. Conduct post-procedural phone interviews with outpatients, schedule follow-up care, and collect satisfaction data. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. B. Communication and Collaboration Act as a liaison with referring providers and collaborate with the marketing team. Assist in developing educational materials for patients and referring physicians. Round on inpatient cases daily and build relationships with hospitalists, residents, and nursing staff to promote interventional radiology services. Participate in periodic outreach and customer service visits to referring physicians. C. Operations and Professional Development Coordinate and manage clinic operations in collaboration with hospital department managers. Participate in professional development activities, maintain professional affiliations, and attend conferences and workshops. Attend required meetings and participate in committees as requested, including the Interventional Services Committee. Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to HIPAA and Medicare compliance standards. Prescribe, order, administer, and monitor sedation patients in an imaging center environment. The Physician Assistant Must Be: Knowledgeable of professional nursing theory and methods for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Skilled in the application and modification of the principles, methods, and techniques used to provide high-quality ongoing patient care. Familiar with the medical equipment and instruments utilized to administer quality and effective patient care. Knowledgeable of common safety hazards, radiology safety hazards, and precautions taken to establish a safe working environment. They are in "growth/acquisition" mode with a ton of accounting projects going on and need someone with strong leadership and well-rounded AP experience. This will be an opportunity to build out a team and overhaul processes and procedures to lead the company forward through their growth phase. Compensation: $140-150K Key Responsibilities: Build, lead, and mentor a newly forming AR team, focusing on performance, accountability, and continuous development. THE OPPORTUNITY MassMutual Operations is looking for an experienced and strategic Project Portfolio Management Consultant to join the Strategy & Transformation organization. You will report to the Director, Portfolio Governance and Reporting. This position is available as a hybrid position, based at our Springfield, MA headquarters. In this role, you'll help advance our organizational maturity in demand and capacity management by designing governance frameworks, facilitating planning conversations, and uncovering resource trends that enable more informed decision-making. You'll have the opportunity to shape how our Operations department forecasts, allocates, and maximizes people resources.
