Qualifications Civil/Construction Management Degree Required. Basic understanding of construction estimating practices and blue print reading. Organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and multiple task. Must be able to work and problem solve with limited supervision. Excellent communication skills a must. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word and Excel. Experience with AutoCad or the following earthwork programs Rocktek, Agteck, Paydirt is a plus.
