ABR Employment Services is seeking Entry Level Machine Operators for 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd shift positions at a plastics manufacturer in Elkhart, IN. These are all semi-beginner positions with a base pay rate of $18.40 an hour. Location : Elkhart, IN Pay : 1 st shift $18.40 / hr, 2 nd shift $19.40 / hr, 3 rd shift $19.90 / hr Shifts : 1 st - 7 AM - 3 PM 2 nd - 3 PM - 11 PM 3 rd - 11 PM - 7 AM Duties: Set-up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to produce parts to specification. Complete all shift documentation/paperwork. Shift hand-off - go over job status and updates with incoming shift. Participate in safety programs. Follow all established safety procedures. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment. Minimum Qualifications Six (6) months manufacturing or related experience. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to read, write and speak English to meet training, safety and quality requirements. Preferred Experience Experience operating manufacturing equipment. Organization and time management. Computer and software skills. Knowledge of quality control principles and Statistical Process Control, Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs of product. Pay $19/18 (dependent on experience) About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Rework Repair Technician I to join our production team. In this role, you will perform testing, troubleshooting, and advanced rework of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic products. This position requires strong soldering skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Perform routine testing, troubleshooting, and repair of defective PCBs. Conduct visual inspections to IPC-A-610 workmanship standards. Execute soldering and de-soldering using SMT tooling and advanced hand soldering methods to IPC-7711/7722 standards. Perform advanced rework of surface mount and fine-pitch components, including BGA rework. Operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, RF power meters, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
