Safety Training: OSHA 30-Hour Card Good knowledge of state and local building codes including Uniform Building Code, and electrical and plumbing codes. Some knowledge of: construction site development; commercial construction, demolition, and remodel procedures Experience: determining roof types and estimating materials, hours, and replacement costs for commercial roofing projects; directing large-scale commercial roofing projects; interpreting roofing plans, specifications and standards; determining roofing product acceptability and developing warranties; developing and monitoring construction and contract documents.
