While our first tomatoes won't roll off the vine until 2026, we need a Staff Accountant to join our team now to ensure our financial foundation is strong and scalable. This role is primarily hands-on and day-to-day focused, managing core accounting functions such as AP/AR, reconciliations, and payroll processing. Process Improvement & Growth: Support the Director of Finance in implementing accounting and payroll systems. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Assist in developing financial SOPs and internal controls as the business scales. Qualifications & Skills: Must-Have: 3+ years of accounting experience, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and payroll.
