Handle client service issue escalations in a manner that maintains company's reputation. Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels. Resolve human resource conflicts as needed. Be thoroughly familiar with all systems and procedures. Uphold the image of Livano Pet Center at all times. Perform assigned bookkeeping/reporting duties for the business.
