Operate asphalt lute and compaction equipment and transport machinery to job sites, material pick ups etc. Key role in paving production. Responsibilities Assist paving crew in excavation and installation of new asphalt driveways and parking lots Lute asphalt to create smooth and consistent surface Willingness to learn to operate pavers, rollers, compactors Grade, rake, finish asphalt Coordinate deliveries/pickups Maintain daily paperwork Customer communication Snow Removal in Winter. This may include overnight, early mornings, and extended shifts during snow events. Qualifications 2 or more years of asphalt paving experience High School Education, minimum of 2 years of asphalt paving or related field experience would be preferred Math and measuring skills Experience driving a pickup truck/trailer combo is required. Must have reliable transportation and a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with a clean driving record Active Class A or B CDL required Background check upon conditional offer of employment Smartphone/data device capability for field communication Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions Pay & Benefits Full-time, W-2 year-round employment with snow work in the winter Pay: $28 to $35/hr, based on experience Overtime Paid Vacation - 80 hours annually, with an additional 8 hours at 1 year of employment.
