Review project progress, schedules, and job cost reports with project managers. Mentor field staff and promote professional development and leadership within the team. Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal departments. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent in commercial roofing. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, including single-ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM) and built-up roofing systems (BUR) . Excellent organizational and communication skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multiple large-scale roofing projects simultaneously. OSHA 30 certification or equivalent. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
