Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repairs: Service and repair commercial air conditioning systems Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues. Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. Customer Interaction: Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of services performed. Qualifications: Experience Matters: At least 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on commercial systems. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods. Certifications Required: EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license. Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
