Perform complete setups from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency. Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to inspect and verify part accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols. Manage the proper storage, labeling, and distribution of parts in the stockroom. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet manufacturing goals and timelines. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC programmer/operator. Experience with Johnson SL-500A CNC machines is a plus. Forklift certification required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with ISO-compliant manufacturing environments is preferred.
