Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously, such as extra towels, pillows, rollaway beds, or cribs, ensuring service standards are met. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of storage rooms, hallways, service landings, and back-of-house areas, ensuring all areas reflect Forbes cleanliness and safety expectations. Assist in deep cleaning projects, furniture moves, and special assignments as directed by Management. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stored at the end of each shift. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, anticipating needs in accordance with Forbes standards. Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately to the appropriate department. Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures as outlined by the property and OSHA.
