Description: Atlas First Access is currently hiring a full-time Service Writer to join our Service Team. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated person to support the team by providing timely and accurate estimates for field and shop service repairs. Atlas First Access, part of the Atlas Companies, is an authorized Toyota Forklift Dealer committed to providing quality service, premium equipment, and innovative solutions for companies of all sizes. Your New Role: Responsibility for providing estimates to the Service team as well as entering and maintaining them in the quotes system. Will be responsible for providing formal estimates in writing. Provides sales staff, service departments and customers with accurate quotes within 3 days of receiving a request. Will be expected to stay in close contact with the shop and service managers and sales team on all estimates. Reviews all preventive maintenance work-orders that are turned in for billing and will provide estimates for all items listed that need attention. Verifies information with technicians on any repairs to eliminate uncertainty and error in the quote process. Will be responsible for maintaining communication with customers on estimates and orders. Will be responsible for monthly reporting. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: What You'll Need to Succeed: High school degree or equivalent. Knowledge of specific software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Company Portal. Have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
