While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls; minimal physical exertion, involves moving objects weighing up to five pounds on a regular basis and may require moving materials weighing up to 30 pounds; manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, calculator, and standard office equipment.
