Administrative duties will include curriculum design, accreditation preparation, faculty recruitment, trainee evaluation, and continuous program enhancement. The selected physician will also have opportunities to mentor residents and fellows, foster academic excellence, and support a multidisciplinary approach to behavioral health across the system.
