q2h accuchecks for hypo/hyperglycemia

Milrinone gtt (no titration)

Stable post-op CABG pts

Post-Surgical patients

Angiomax gtt (s/p cath lab)

s/p carotid endarterectome (CEA)

s/p TAVR, Mitraclip

STEMI post PCI

s/p WATCHMAN

Post-op pericardial window

Aquapheresis

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.

BLS and ACLS required upon hire

FL or compact state Registered Nursing License.
