Some earn over $2,000 in commissions from a single sale + no capped commissions!
As a customer acquisition specialist, your job is to go to designated neighborhoods where specific homes are flagged as potential candidates for our savings program.
You will set appointments for pre qualified homeowners to meet with a specialist and discuss the benefits of a solar system for their home.
That means reps can earn a six figure income just to set appointments for interested prospects and never have to do a sales presentation! This is only accomplished by providing industry leading tools that allow our reps to target the best candidates for our solar program.
You'll talk about benefits like :
Immediate monthly savings on their power bills
No out-of-pocket costs
Capturing current government incentives for switching to renewable energy
Owning their electricity and increasing their homes value
Location :
This is not a work from home position. Divergent reps can work anywhere in the advertised areas and can also take advantage of our nation wide installers to set up customers in out of state markets.
Advancement :
Entry level positions can pay upwards of six figure incomes but advancement opportunities are a major incentive for the top performers.
Promotions are performance and / or experience based, and there are no minimum time requirements. This means if you perform well and show your hustle from the beginning, you will move up very quickly.
These positions require a focus on personal growth and development in order to lead sales teams to hit company quotas. They also allow for travel opportunities to train sales reps in other markets and increase company influence.

Pay : Average 1st year reps make $70,000 - $110,000. Average 2nd year reps make $90,000 - $160,000
