Fitter, Machine Operator, Welders

• Fitter: Must be able to fit up all types of rigid frame columns, rafters, and beam canopies according to specification.
• Machine Operator: Must be able to set up and operate heavy machinery and related gauges to perform various cutting, punching, forming, blocking, and processing operations. The Machine Operator I must have thorough knowledge of production techniques and have the ability to produce quality-building parts.
• Welders: MIG Welding experience. Use of tools and equipment in a proficient manner to fabricate welding seams in this manufacturing environment. Daily use of overhead cranes.
• Production Associates: Operate airless paint spraying equipment in a fast-paced production setting, with an emphasis on safety and quality. Operate crane. Operate forklifts.
• Maintenance Technicians: The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for safely performing a wide range of maintenance and electrical duties to emergency and preventative repairs to plant machinery and infrastructure. The Maintenance Technician I responds to the needs of the production supervisor in the event of an unplanned production line breakdown. The Maintenance Technician I effectively utilizes manpower and equipment to complete repairs in a timely manner, thereby contributing to the productivity and customer satisfaction.
