Job Description
The person in this position should be able to perform several duties to support the full service operation. These duties could include but is not limited to: Using SAP to schedule maintenance interventions, receiving, restocking and shipping parts daily, operating a fork lift for loading and unloading and moving crated items into correct location in the warehouse.

Must be energetic, outgoing and professional in appearance.
Ability to follow SOP?s and work instructions.
Have good organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage / support the management of the spare parts inventory, to include: receiving parts, shipping and scheduling of pick-ups.
Maintain test kits, schedule pick-ups and drops off and maintain the consumable levels within the kits.
Customer interface and Technicians interface for service calls, shipments and scheduling resources (test kits, parts & technicians)
Enter new maintenance contracts and parts orders in SAP.
Coordination / back up support for overall Service Schedule.
Conduct and manage customer satisfaction feedback surveys.
Create B2B service and maintenance purchase orders.
Manage shipping/trucking business vendor relationships.
