YOUR ROLE Support the Brand Marketing team as we develop our 2022 brand narrative across channels Provide administrative support however needed, working across core teams Assist in the creation of key visuals, mood boards, presentations and overall brand aesthetics while maintaining our mindful approach to beauty Understand current and future beauty & fashion trends, specially the impact the beauty industry has on the environment Analyze data (excel) and create recommendations on products, customers & market needs Seek internal and external insights through evaluations, surveys, and focus groups Developing a marketing plan that will help grow the business and present to full Brand Team and Executives.

YOUR SKILLS Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree; all majors considered Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; well-developed visual acuity Demonstrated collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills Organized with strong relationship, planning, project management, and organizational skills A team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic. You are eager to be a team player across all areas of marketing A passion for the environment, sustainability, and ways we can improve the beauty industry Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
