Human Resources Intern, Little Caesars Arena

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Our ideal Human Resources Intern is organized and able to multi-task as these are essential qualities to have when working in a busy environment at Little Caesars Arena. This role is ideal for anyone looking to start their career in HR, or related fields.

• Support the HR team with internal and external inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate onsite training sessions with various departments for new hires.
• Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information.
• Complete essential administration tasks; answering emails, phone calls, and filing.
• All other duties assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working towards an associate or bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds
