Responsibilities
Provide full lifecycle recruiting support for hiring managers.
Use your deep understanding of the construction and engineering talent landscape to unlock talent pipeline for all levels of technical and non-technical talent.
Use your market knowledge and recruiting practices expertise to consult and guide your hiring leaders.
Create and execute creative recruiting sourcing strategies and actively build a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates.
Source and screen candidates, coordinate the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
