Job Description
**Maintenance Technician**
+ Up to $28/Hour
+ 3rd Shift Rotating
**Description:**
We are a leader in the foodservice industry. We develop and market quality products with innovative packaging to meet the needs of Foodservice, Ingredient and International customers. We make flavors, syrups, sauces, creams, etc. for companies such as McDonald's, Burger King, Dairy Queen, Gordon Food Service, etc.
**Position Description:**
On a daily basis the Maintenance Technician will be performing preventative and/or predictive maintenance on production lines, conveyor systems, cappers, fillers, labelers, palletizing equipment, boilers or other vital components, and waste water. The position will consist of 80/20 mechanical to electrical.
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 5 years of experience
+ At least 480 Volt experience
+ AC/DC motor drives and the ability to troubleshoot and fix
+ Experience working on rollers, belts, bushels, bearings, gear boxes, etc.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
+ Experience w/ Hydraulics and Pneumatics
PLUS:
+ PLC Troubleshooting
+ Experience with Allen Bradley
+ Experience in the food, flavor, beverage, and/or packaging industry
+ Boilers and compressors knowledge
+ Experience troubleshooting and repairing pumps
+ Any education experience is highly regarded!
