Lead Program Manager

  • Oversee the program, serving as liaison with the Government, Project Managers, and Case Team; including coordination of different Contractor components - sometimes even coordination of the efforts of several sub-Contractors; communication with the Government, sometimes with several Government components at once, including providing regular reporting on program as a whole.

  • Assessing automated litigation support requirements.

  • Identifying and obtaining necessary staff and other resources.

  • Training.

  • Establishing management plans and schedules, and managing Contractor and sub-Contractor efforts to meet those objectives, both on specific projects and on a contract-wide basis.

  • Identifying problems and troubleshooting.

  • Preparing progress and status reports.

  • Quality control and quality assurance efforts required for contract performance.

  • Financial management.

  • Management of security, confidentiality, and conflict of interest issues.

  • Participating in drafting project plan.

  • Troubleshooting, budgeting, etc.

  • Project Management services to manage cases through the entire EDRM.

  • Serving as liaison between Contractor teams and client.

  • Drafting project plan, providing regular reporting including providing ETAs, and potentially a separate opposing counsel project manager to support cases where opposing or third parties have direct access to data; etc

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum interim Secret security clearance.

  • Must have a Juris Doctor or Master's Degree in Government, Public Policy, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Must have at least six (6) years of experience in U.S. federal government contract management,

  • Must have 10 years of experience in EDRM/eDiscovery/litigation support.

  • PMP certification required.
