RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Schedule service calls for maintenances and repairs
  • Help walk-in customers with inquiries and/or counter sales
  • Data entry
  • Maintain organized file system
  • Dispatch service calls to technicians when needed
  • Help in scanning work orders, daily folders and maintenance agreements when needed
  • Enter parts for work to be performed

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel and Word
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently while balancing several tasks with various deadlines
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new systems, procedures, and job responsibilities
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • HVAC knowledge a plus
