Job Title: Truck Driver

Reports To: Warehouse Manager/COO/CEO
Classi Co. Foods Inc. Mission:
Classi Co Foods' primary objective is to supply premium products and operational support to individual Pizza Joe's franchisees in Western PA and Eastern OH. Our services increase the opportunity for successful day-to-day operations at each location, as well as assuring quality products are being distributed to customers.
Summary of Position:
The Truck Staff works to complete the safe receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods. They ensure workplace health and safety requirements are followed and have an awareness of the building stock along with the Warehouse Manager. They work with the Warehouse Manager to plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock, such as chilled goods or fragile products. They ensure correct and timely picking, palletizing and distribution activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Upholding CCF high standard of customer service
2. Consistently following CCF policies and procedures; listed in employee handbook
3. Assist in preparing Customer Delivery Representatives for the day
4. Advise Customer Delivery Representatives of any product or service issues that may affect CCF customers
5. Add frozen products to customer pallets with Customer Delivery Representative
6. Load palletized orders in a safe and organized manor
7. Prepare warehouse for the days tasks
8. Assist in receiving and checking in all arriving inventory orders, review paperwork, make adjustments when needed
9. Assist in controlling inventory by rotating
10. Palletize and check all CCF customer orders for following day delivery
11. Ensure all products are correctly palletized
12. Participate in an annual inventory process
13. Clean and prepare warehouse for following day
Qualifications:
· An EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude
· You must be 18 years of age or older
· Ability to communicate verbally with co-Team members, customers and vendors
· General knowledge of current products coming into warehouse
· Must be able to drive and control motorized and non-motorized pallet jacks
· Ability to comprehend directions for tasks given
· Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
· Be able to frequently pull and push a pallet jack holding up to 350 pounds
· Have exceptional grooming and hygiene habits
· Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards
Education and/or Experience:No specific education or experience needed.
Certifications/Licenses:
· Must have valid driver's license
· Valid vehicle insurance card
· Approved motor vehicle record

Establish effective employee relations, maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethical standards and positive attitude toward all customers, vendors, team members and management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
