Inside Sales Representative

Text Breakers is looking for an independent Sales Representative with sales experience to join our expanding business. This is a work-from-home opportunity and is available to any qualified US salesperson. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as maintain existing clients' relations, then we want to hear from you. As a hired Independent Sales Representative, your responsibility will be to sell our virtual and live team-building game show to the corporate world for a commission.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop a lead generation plan and sales metrics to be measured each month
• Research and Identify decision-makers within the organization
• Maintain and expand the database of leads
• Record accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system
• Develop new business and increase repeat bookings by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
• Respond to quote requests in adherence to company procedures.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients by providing outstanding customer service and support.
• Work closely with the team to resolve any problems.
• Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Empathy, Creativity, and Integrity with all clients, customers, and the team.

Experience:

• Ability to communicate effectively, present yourself with confidence, and build rapport quickly via telephone, email, and video conferences.
• General higher education (Bachelor's Degree) or sales training and qualifications.
• Strong networking skills.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
• Must be a closer.

Compensation: This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.

About Text Breakers:

Text Breakers is a company run by a husband and wife. We create and host team-building events in the form of a game show for different industries (i.e. corporations, conferences, colleges, wedding events, etc.). The Sales Representative would be focusing on our corporate clients. We can host these events live or virtually. Our live event turns any size room into a game show that's complete with buzzers and a host. The virtual event uses Zoom and other technologies to engage any size audience in a virtual environment. Regardless of which format, we can offer our basic game or collaborate with the organization to create a customized experience that is perfect for team-building events, networking, training, and more.
