Our noteworthy dinner shows offer live provocative cirque performances.We are seeking a dedicated, professional Assistant General Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in a management role that is interested in growing and investing in their career. The ideal applicant will have extensive fine dining, wine and cocktail knowledge. Candidates that are looking to take that next step in their career and believe they have the skill set to be successful are encouraged to apply. Basic job functions include but are not limited to;Direct management of FOH staffHelp oversee staffing, scheduling and training of staffAssists with hiring, disciplining and terminations to include completion of all appropriate paperworkMonitors staff hours and breaksClear and effective social and verbal communication skills, approachablePassionate about hospitality Superior grooming and hygiene standardsOversee cleanliness and organization of restaurantAttention to detailDirect communication with Operating and Managing Partners/OwnershipTech savvy - able to maintain reservation platforms, POS, etc.Able to lift 50 lbsMust be able to work weekend evenings for dinner show serviceAble to work part or full timeCompetitive wages (based on experience).
