POSITION INFORMATION
- Hours:
- PRN - this position is as needed and NOT full time. Hours would vary.
- Position summary:
- The Maintenance Carpenter repairs, installs, and maintains floors, ceilings, drywall portions, builder's hardware, doors and windows. Performs other duties as assigned, or needed, on any mechanical repair. This position performs new construction duties as assigned.
- Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry field preferred.
- Required length and type of experience:
- Five (5) years experience in a maintenance or construction field.
