- Position summary:
- The Pre Access Rep 1 position provides exceptional customer service to customers who are calling to schedule, cancel and confirm appointments across the Health Center departments in a fast-paced call center environment. This position also preregisters, verifies insurance coverage and provides third party benefit education to customers.
- Education:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Required length and type of experience:
- 1 year in a healthcare setting
